  • I’ve been coming to Queen City Coffee roasters for a long time now! I love working remotely from here. The best atmosphere and delicious coffee. Now, Cindelle’s bookstore is right next door and it’s such an awesome addition!

  • Great coffee! Lovely interior — 5/5 for the loft design, coffee tables, and cozy couch setups. The food is great as well: fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. They also offer seasonal drinks, like the hot spiced apple cider, which I loved. The salmon toast was amazing. My only small note is that I wish the menu mentioned that the egg sandwich comes with bacon. Even if you remove it, the smell still stays a bit. Overall, a really nice place with great atmosphere and quality food

  • Passing through NJ. Being from Seattle, I have high expectations of coffee. I always get a plain espresso to test a place before I get other drinks and daaaaannggg QCCR was tasty. Solid crema, medium roast, strong, not too acidic. The only “complaint” I would make is they gave me a large soda back that I couldn’t finish so I had to dump it. They could’ve given me a smaller one and I’d be happy, less money for them. I was so happy with the espresso, I got an Americano. We only skipped the food because we wanted a super high protein meal (60-70g) and what they had looked amazing but probably only 20-30g. While we waited, the bookstore through the archway on the other side was full of good reads. Oh and I’m not sure if they were owners or just awesome employees but we were greeted across the room in the coffee shop side and book store side. I really felt like a queen in Queen City!!

  • This is one, if not, the best coffee roaster in the area. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted to make sure you feel welcomed. It's a very calm atmosphere. They have a quiet lounge area where you can read or do you work. They also have bar seating to just hang out. We mainly go for the beans, because my husband and I are coffee snobs. Last time I went Brandon introduced himself and we started talking about the beans and how my husband has an entire coffee area, etc. He told me that he is the bean roaster!! That was really cool to meet him. There are several other roasters in the are that charge the same, or more and they give you BURNED BEANS. It's gross and a waste of money considering how much your paying for good beans. This place has THE BEST beans that we've had in this area and it's only 5m from my job! They even have a coffee club you can join to earn points for a free coffee. They only down side is the parking. They don't have their own lot, that I saw, it is paid street parking. We will keep going back as long as Brandon is the coffee bean roaster. LOL. Go Brandon!

  • This mocha mint latte is delicious! It is just the pick me up I need.. not overly sweet with a hint of mint and the use of dark chocolate and the sprinkle of design on top of the latte art just completely made my day. As always the ambiance and service are perfection.

  • I've frequented this place a few times and today I finally decided to try the Turkish Eggs.... and what a smart decision that was! I have never had this dish before and I was pleasantly surprised! the flavor profile is amazing! Compliments to the chef. EDIT: I HAD to come back and rave about the hot turkey sandwich I had on November 5th! It was absolutely worth every penny and made me very sleepy lol. I have inserted two pictures of the sandwich (the half I didn’t mindlessly inhale).

  • This is what a small town Cafe should be. Love the atmosphere and ambience. The barista was wonderfully pleasant, and whipped up some of the most delicious steamed half and half for my latte I've ever had anywhere. The coffee is delicious. I like it a smidge stronger, but the house grind they use (Brazil) is nutty, chocolatey and smooth. She poured the foam with a practiced hand and made a delightful heart as the topper. Parking is not ideal, not for coffee like this, it's not an issue. Shake it's an hour away from home for me.
